What is Childhood Obesity?


Obesity has emerged as a major health threat in the United States. The challenge is now affecting our children who are following the path of the adults. It’s no secret that childhood obesity is on the rise.  According to the CDC, over one third of children and adolescents are considered overweight or obese.  If action is not taken to change the lifestyle of these children, they are more at risk for all over next generation.
Childhood obesity means having too much body fat a children.
